1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the Compound application and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Compound (“we,” “us,” or “our”), registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Compound is a personal wellness intelligence platform that allows users to log their daily supplement and functional product intake, track wellness outcomes across multiple dimensions (beauty, cognitive, recovery, metabolic), and receive data-driven insights about their routines. The Service may integrate with third-party health platforms including Oura, Whoop, Garmin, and Apple Health to enhance its analytics.

3. Not medical advice

Compound is a wellness tracking and analytics tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The insights, scores, and trends provided by Compound are based on self-reported data and connected device metrics and are intended for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health, supplement, or medication routine.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Compound. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

5. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Compound offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Your data and content

You retain ownership of all data you submit to Compound, including wellness metrics, product logs, and body composition photos. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. 8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

9. Intellectual property

The Compound name, logo, asterisk marks, visual design, and all related trademarks, content, and technology are the property of Compound. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Third-party integrations

Compound may integrate with third-party services such as Oura, Whoop, Garmin, and Apple Health. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party’s terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any insights or scores produced will be accurate or complete.

13. Changes to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
